About the trainer and author:

Cristina is the founder of Joy Academy. She is a certified International Trainer, Life Coach, Mental Health Counsellor, Mindfulness Practitioner, Science of Well-being graduate on a mission to end human suffering and to make life on this planet more enjoyable and more fulfilling for ordinary people, regardless of their external circumstances.
