Mental Toughness is a personality trait that determines your ability to perform consistently under stress and pressure, and is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit and perseverance.
Let us give you a list of the rewards you get when you join this 31-Day Challenge and you learn how to build your mental toughness:
When you have mental toughness:
- You find it easy and natural to follow through on commitments.
- Your performance in anything equals your potential in that endeavor.
- Fear of rejection doesn’t exist in your world so you don’t feel bad if someone doesn’t want to interact with you. You just go find someone who does, who matches your values, and you then enjoy the interaction you desired. You discover that NOTHING is personal and everything is a projection.
- You can go to a party (or anywhere) knowing nobody, not feel awkward and create interesting conversations possibly leading to meaningful relationships.
- You create and live to your own values free of what your society, culture, or anyone else thinks you should live to.
- You gain great daily joy and happiness from the pure act of working toward achieving a goal or desire instead of how most people live under the constriction of: “I won’t be happy until I achieve this goal.”
- You live in a general state of calm, secure comfort and confidence with yourself. It’s your default when you wake up in the morning to start your day. You do exactly what you want to do that day…and, ironically, you find that you end up wanting to do things in service to others.
- You gain great satisfaction from building others up around you and even greater satisfaction when they surpass you in the area of your teaching.
- You aren’t afraid of much because you know that all events that don’t go your way eventually lead to you being OK in the end and that you can handle whatever happens, even death.
- You swiftly move through difficult emotions with minimal suffering and actually learn to appreciate those emotions for the functions they serve for you to improve your life. You let go of things easily after allowing for the emotion.
- You experience excitement, passion, ecstasy and other very highly desired emotions far more often than most - the ultimate gift of being human.
